Warrick Lane Precinct, Blacktown NSW
Blacktown City Council are developing a new mixed-use precinct, Warrick Lane, an area of approximately 1.8 Ha adjacent to Blacktown Town Centre and Railway Station. The first stage of the project includes a 470 space underground carpark with new town plaza over, with low-rise eastern and western flanking buildings housing retail & commercial office space and childcare facilities, with associated road, civil works and services enabling works for four future highest and best use development lots. Slattery have provided full quantity surveying services from initial feasibility studies to support the strategic business case for the precinct, through to tender and are now providing post contract cost management services for the current construction stage.
