St Ives Carine Retirement Village

St Ives Carine Retirement Village comprises a multi stage development including village accommodation and nursing home components. Stage One has been successfully completed and cost managed by Slattery with Stages 2 and 3 to follow. The Nursing Home component is now being developed by an alternative aged care provider however early budgets prepared for this site incorporated the project as a whole.
