TPG Capital have been operating from their 101 Collins St address for more than a decade and are seeking to rebrand their presence in the Melbourne market with the move to 80 Collins St. The project includes producing a new high-end workplace comprising of an area of approx. 833m2 and will be divided into 2 areas with a smaller tenancy of about 150m2 for comms rooms, meeting room and office area.
