Docklands Primary School

This brand-new inner city primary school design has been designed by award winning architects Cox Architecture. The design reflects and underpins the latest pedagogical principles and practices with learning and communal spaces that are flexible, adaptable and inclusive. Slattery is providing cost management services from Masterplan up to Construction and Contract Administration. The project is unique in the sense of the trading arrangements and staging requirements. One of the main challenges encountered was the incorporation of an Early Learning Centre to a completed school design. Slattery worked to closely with the project team to design and manage the cost of the increased project scope.
