ACT Law Courts PPP

Slattery provided cost advisory technical review and independent certifier services to Laing O’Rourke in 2015 for the new ACT Law Courts, a prominent landmark and significant building in Canberra, due for completion late this year through a PPP between the government and Juris Partnership. This major ($150M) infrastructure project will revamp the ACT Supreme Court (built in 1962) and join it to the Court of Appeal, Magistrates and Children’s Courts, forming a new four-storey justice complex in Civic.
