St John of God Hospital, Berwick VIC

Slattery was appointed as cost manager to provide quantity surveying services for the new hospital in Berwick jointly owned by St John of God Health Care and Generation Healthcare. It will include 190 beds built over two stages, six general theatres, two endoscopy theatres, a cardiac/ vascular catheter laboratory, six birthing suites and approximately 350 basement car parks. Slattery’s cost planning included options for shell and fitouts in order to cater for future needs. The project has been delivered in a design, novate and construction approach.
