Slattery is thrilled to announce that three of our projects have received awards at the 2019 National Architecture Awards, announced on Thursday night in Brisbane.

Firstly, we proudly congratulate Peter Elliot Architecture + Urban Design on the Parliament of Victoria Members’ Annexe receiving three honours, including:

– The National Award for Public Architecture

– The David Oppenheim Award for Sustainable Architecture

– The National Award for Urban Design

“This project shows what is possible when a truly skilled architect works respectfully with a client and has the capacity to embed sustainability credentials into every aspect of the design decision process,” the jury said.

“The result is an exceptional building that improves the often-hectic working lives of its inhabitants and which will support our democratic system for the next 100 years.” Slattery provided quantity surveying and cost management services for this outstanding development.

We are also delighted to congratulate Lyons Architecture, Iredale Pederson Hook and ASPECT Studios on receiving two awards for Yagan Square, including:

– The National Award for Urban Design

– The Colorbond® Award for Steel Architecture

On this project, Slattery provided detailed Bills of Quantities and cost management services to preserve the integrity of the design within delineated budget parameters.

Finally, we proudly congratulate Kerstin Thompson Architects; the Jock Comini Reserve Amenities receiving:

– The Nicholas Murcutt Award for Small Project Architecture

Located in Ravenswood Victoria, Slattery provided full quantity surveying and cost management services for this project.
