Our 12-month graduate program focuses on building your key foundational quantity surveying skills and abilities and developing your knowledge of the built environment and construction industry. With access and learning from Industry leading experts, we offer a platform for you to develop a deep understanding of quantity surveying and advance your career.

Your journey will include:

  • Rotations across sectors and service lines
  • Working on large, complex and exciting projects
  • Structured learning opportunities including technical and consulting skills training and site visits
  • An allocated mentor to help your career through our mentorship program
  • Support and mentoring for industry membership accreditations (AIQS or RICS)
  • Supported networking opportunities within the industry

You’ll receive training on quantity surveying concepts and methods and apply your newly acquired knowledge on client projects from day one. You will gain experience in all quantity surveying services and business operations including:

  • Cost Planning
  • Construction Phase Cost Management
  • Tendering / Procurement
  • Bills of Quantities
  • Tax and Asset Management
  • Carbon Planning
  • Project Controls
  • Business Development

Industry experience would be advantageous but not essential.
