Slattery is thrilled to be a finalist for the ‘Award for Diversity < 250 Employees’ in the 2020 Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards. An award we are delighted to have won previously in 2018 (pictured).
Managing Director Sarah Slattery commented, “Slattery has always fostered an inclusive and diverse culture and we are proud that over 40% of our workforce is female. At Slattery, diversity is about much more than gender. We celebrate diversity in age, lifestyle choice and culture.”
Across Australia, Slattery staff range in age from 19 to 70+, identify with over 20 different cultural backgrounds, 7 different religions celebrated, and over 7% of our staff identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. We believe diversity adds strength and unique expertise to our team.
Slattery is also delighted to note the following projects, on which Slattery provided cost management advice, as finalists in the 2020 Property Council Awards:
- 105 Phillip Street by Charter Hall – Finalist for Best Office Development
- St Vincent’s Private Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1 – Finalist for Best Public Building
We congratulate all the finalists short-listed for the Awards.
