Slattery was engaged to provide services for the Stage 3 Redevelopment of the operating theatre suites including two new theatres, one new hybrid theatre and the refurbishment and enlargement of four existing theatres and associated refurbishment of support areas.

Slattery also provided cost planning and management advice Uniting Care for the reconfiguration and upgrade of the operational ward floors on level 4-5 to modernise utilities and amenities. The project included the re-purposing of double rooms to single and major services upgrade to support the new configuration.
