Victoria Cross Metro & Over Station Development

Slattery was part of Dexus team on the Bid for Victoria Cross Integrated station development. The project involved construction and fitout of a metro station as well as associated interface works with overstation development consisting of a 42 storey PCA A grade commercial building containing circa 58,000m2 of NLA. Slattery was involved in providing independent cost certification in relation to both Tower and station as well as negotiating costs with preferred ISD contractor Laing O’Rourke for both delivery contracts. Slattery also provided detailed BOQ for station component to assist contractor in pricing due to short time period of the bid.
