The Melbourne Clinic, Richmond VIC

Healthscope’s The Melbourne Clinic is a 175 bed facility providing private mental health services including inpatient and day programs. Slattery was appointed as Cost Consultant to the expansion project which includes two additional floors of inpatient accommodation constructed on top of the exiting ward block. Slattery’s cost planning took account of the constrained site, construction commencing at roof level and staging for continued operation of the clinic.
