St Vincent's Private Hospital, Sydney NSW

Working with project managers, Johnstaff Projects, Slattery was engaged to provide cost management and quantity surveying services to deliver the Stage 2 of St Vincent’s Private Hospital’s redevelopment, which comprises refurbishment works to the existing hospital while a new ‘East Wing’ building is constructed (not part of our remit). The Stage 2 project consists of total refurbishment of in-patient units (wards) over five floors including removal of old bathroom pods and replacement with new, and complete refit of each floor including external facades. The refurbishment project is being completed in stages to enable St Vincent’s Private Hospital to keep operating throughout.
