Slattery was engaged to provide full cost management services for the not-for-profit Samarinda Aged Services facility in Ashburton. The project is currently being constructed over five stages and comprises alterations and extensions to the facility including the provision of 92 new beds, a new dementia wing, commercial kitchen, as well as renovation of existing rooms and administration areas.
