Panasonic Warehouse Facility, Estate One, Dandenong, VIC

Slattery was appointed as Cost Consultant by Phileo Australia for the development of Panasonic Warehouse, Dandenong. A new distribution centre for Panasonic incorporating a 10,000sqm warehouse, 950sqm office block and 5,000sqm of hardstand. The warehouse had a 10.2m springing height and was fully sprinkled. Slattery provided cost management services throughout this project.
