Slattery has been appointed by R&F Properties to deliver this major residential undertaking in Melbourne’s inner west. Sitting on the 3.3ha, heritage listed former Kinnears Ropemaker site, the project will be developed over 4 stages, with eight buildings to be constructed comprising 1,450 apartments. The site will also include amenities and retail outlets. Slattery have been engaged to deliver cost management services for the full package of works by having gained the trust of R&F on previous projects.
