Hawthorn Town Hall Arts Precinct

Slattery was engaged to provide cost management services to the Hawthorn Town Hall Arts Precinct on behalf of the City of Boroondara. The refurbishment included existing entries, function spaces, kitchens, main hall and offices, and redevelopment of existing spaces to provide a new gallery, sound studios, kitchens, administration, arts studio and arts incubator spaces. Slattery cost managed the design and construction phases incorporating heritage considerations.
