Frankston Hospital Redevelopment, Frankston VIC

Slattery has been engaged by Department of Health & Human Services and Peninsula Health to provide cost management and consultancy for a number of works within the Frankston Public Hospital campus since 2005. On all projects, our team has been required to maximise the scope and deliver within the allocated funding. The redevelopment is occurring in stages, whilst the hospital remains fully operational.

Slattery was originally engaged for the 2005 Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Masterplan Study ahead of Stage 2 redevelopment, and again in 2016 to inform the next stages of precinct planning and rollout. We have recently completed the 2018 Masterplan and Feasibility Study for the campus’s future development which includes the development of  2 new ward towers incorporating, new in-patient wards, maternity and oncology wards, a new mental health building and associated support buildings for the expanded hospital.
