Assemble - Clayton, Preston & Bentleigh

Slattery was engaged to provide quantity surveying services at three residential developments in Clayton, Preston and Bentleigh. All projects comprise over 400 BTR apartments, carparking, communal facilities, commercial space and associated public realm landscaping and infrastructure connections. Bentleigh is more unique as it includes a vertical extension to an existing office building, plus the conversion of an existing warehouse into a marketplace.
