ACMI Renewal, Melbourne

Slattery was engaged to cost-manage the major renewal of the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), at Federation Square. This project reorientates ACMI’s entry points, pathways through the museum including reconfiguration and redesign of the major permanent exhibition spaces, industry research labs, education centre and associated digital and media technologies, to be a new state of the art offer that fully embraces all digital technology can deliver. The project includes custom digitised features throughout to extend the visitor experience beyond the museum’s physical boundaries using online media.
