A 76-level high rise residential development situated on the former Carlton & United Brewery site comprising 1041 apartments, extensive resident facilities, Ground Level retail and outdoor pedestrian plaza. The development faced the challenges associated with construction over a heritage listed building which have been overcome by the incorporation of architectural mega columns into the podium.
