Beach House at 1 Wellington Street, St Kilda is Gurner’s first foray into the Build to Rent market. They have partnered with Qualitas to build 297 apartments, all built to rent. The project also delivers significant residential amenity as well as some retail and commercial space throughout the podium. Slattery are engaged to provide superintendent as well as financier reporting services on Beach House. Our role commenced in January 2022 and is due to complete in January 2024.
