Quantity Surveying Assistant, VIC

We have a great opportunity for a candidate with solid organisational and time management skills to develop foundational quantity surveying skills while working on a priority project for our Victorian team.

Utilising their construction knowledge, the role holder will review progress claims, estimates and contractor quotes liaising with contractors and the client as necessary. With hands on support and development from a highly experienced Project Director, the role holder will work within a small, agile project team based in our Melbourne office.

This is casual position with a minimum commitment of three days with the possibility of additional hours during peak periods.

This position may suit an entry-level professional with tertiary qualifications in construction management or quantity surveying, or an individual from a related discipline who brings local construction industry knowledge and a willingness to learn and develop.

Associate, NSW

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our New South Wales team. Working closely with our national leadership group, you’ll manage small, medium, and large scale projects across a wide variety of sectors. Experience working with commercial or residential clients would be advantageous. Key aspects of this role include:

Management of small, medium and large-scale projects end to end
Client leadership and stakeholder management
Delivery of pre and post contract assignments
Undertaking benchmarking, tender analysis and reporting
Lead small project teams providing briefings, monitoring task progress and sharing feedback and development actions on all delegated work
Supporting business development activities

Business Development Partner, VIC

We’re seeking a Business Development Partner to support our national business development with a primary focus on high quality submission responses, marketing, and project collateral which align with Slattery’s vision, strategy and organisational objectives. This role encompasses a diverse range of both strategic and tactical, operational responsibilities.

Building positive, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders, you will lean on your technical expertise to take ownership of and manage the end-to-end submissions process utilising your project management capabilities to achieve positive outcomes.

Meticulous in your attention to detail and adept at working in a deadline driven environment, you will be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team.

With a highly collaborative approach to your relationships, you will be part of our small Communications and Marketing team based in Melbourne working with senior leadership, the wider corporate services team and our national business.
