Vanguard has leased 10,500m² at Wesley Place, 130 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne to consolidate its two current tenancies in Melbourne and create one head office. Slattery is providing full quantity surveying services to ensure the project can be delivered on time and on budget, meeting their needs for understanding of agile practices in the workplace as well as leading design principles and related costs.

The fit out will encompass standard open plan with a mix of fixed and agile working settings. The tenancy will also have specialist spaces including a security operations centre, a network operations centre, a trading floor and a large communications room. Acoustic and high technology management will be a key component to consider within the cost framework. Vanguard anticipate their relocation by the start of May 2020, bringing together their team and enabling headcount growth at the new site.
