Slattery is a national property advisory firm specialising in early phase advisory, quantity surveying and end to end cost management. We seek a motivated and skilled Administration Assistant to support our Sydney office in administration/marketing functions. This role is paramount in ensuring the ongoing successful growth of the company.

The successful applicant will support as required with the below responsibilities:

  • Reception
    • first point of contact for visiting clients
    • answering calls in a timely and professional manner
    • taking detailed telephone messages and emailing to staff
  • Set up meeting rooms for internal/external meetings/client functions
  • Catering ordering for meetings
  • Job number maintenance for new projects
  • Preparation of submissions/tenders
  • Maintenance of client information in database (Uniphi)
  • Office requisites ordering
  • Assistance with corporate events
    • booking of external industry events
    • invitations/guest list preparation/coordination
    • catering and associated ordering
    • corporate events general overview/assistance
  • CabCharge ordering/distribution/reconciliation
  • Assistance with general administrative tasks

Education and Experience

  • proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • knowledge of database management (Uniphi) preferred
  • knowledge of Adobe InDesign preferred
